7-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1923. Designed by Dietrich Wortmann as a warehouse, showrooms and salesrooms building, its eastern facade has two main bays of four window each, flanked by narrower end bays. The south facade has three center bays, with smaller end bays. There are two entrance portals on each of the facades, framed by simple columns and headed by a segmental-arch over a smooth oval adorned by carved garlands. A band course runs below the 3rd and top floors. The spandrels on the 3rd-6th floors have paneled shapes with notched corners. At the top floor the piers are decorated with geometric forms and brackets supporting a simple, stone roof cornice topped by a balustraded parapet.

Both facades are dotted with protruding air-conditioning units. The building was converted to residential sometime in the mid-late 1900s, with 83 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Domel hair salon, and L'Atelier Design.
