2006 population of 110. Not to be confused with the neighboring "Eagle Village" community. The town is a living turn-of-the-century museum, with most of the historical structures well-preserved and restored. The entire city is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), where it is designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark District.
