5-story residential building completed in 1884. It is faced in brown-painted smooth-stucco above a beige-painted limestone ground floor and basement. The entrance is slightly off-center to the east, with a medium-sized stoop leading up to wood-and-brass double-doors under a sloped gray canvas awning. Grey metal fencing enclosed the basement areaways, with a gate and stairs leading down on both sides. There are four 2-over-2 windows to the east of the entrance, and two to the west.

The upper floors have 12 bays of single-windows, arranged into three groups with plain stone sills, also painted brown. The facade is crowned by three black metal roof cornices with brackets, panels, and friezes with rows of small arches.
