11-story office building completed in 1902. Designed by DeLemos & Cordes, the L-shaped building also has a narrow frontage at 85 Spring Street. This facade has a 2-story base with orange-brown cast-iron inflll. Above a modillioned stone cornice, the upper floors have a pair of rusticated brown brick piers, with cast-iron spandrels and mullions between the windows, up through the 8th floor. The building is crowned by a dentiled roof cornice, with a break near the left edge where a fire escape once ran.
The main Broadway facade, with three triple bays, is clad in limestone, with rustications at the 2-story base. The entryway is on the right side, with a pair of Ionic columns supporting a triangular pediment over a cartouche and round-arch. A modillioned stone cornice caps the base. The upper floors have plain stone piers, dividing the facade into three bays. The southern two have wrought-iron railings in front of the windows on the 5th-8th floors, and small balconies at the 5th floor. There are wrought-iron arches over the 8th floors windows, and stone cartouches with hanging decoration on the piers. A small stone cornice sets off the 9th floor, which is topped by a larger, projecting metal cornice with modillions. Above, the top two floors are capped by a dentiled cornice, with a small break near the north edge, where a fire escape once ran. The ground floor is occupied by Club Monaco apparel.
