284-foot, 31-story, modern residential building completed in 1982. Designed by Philip Birnbaum, it contains 424 condominium units. Located across from Madison Square, Madison Green is fairly boxy in design, with a facade of light brown brick, dark brown brick spandrels and bronze glass. Regular rows of square balconies with metal railings run from the 3rd floor to the top of the building, with four sets on the western elevation, one on each of the two south facades, and three on the northern.

The Madison Club, located on the 20th floor, is reserved for residents for private dinners and parties. A courtyard designed by David Kenneth Specter borders the east side of the building. The ground floor is occupied by Gumption Coffee, QB House barber shop, Cardelino Tailors, LensCrafters optometry, and FedEx Office. There is an underground parking garage with an entrance at the east side of the courtyard on 22nd Street.
