6-story Anglo-Italianate residential building completed in 1876 as a 4-story store-and-loft building. Designed by Rogers & Brown, it is clad in red brick above a storefront, with four bays of tall, narrow windows that have corbelled sills and peaked stone lintels with simple carved decorations. The top two floors were added in about 1920. A black iron fire escape runs down the three southern bays of the front facade, which is topped by a dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Texas BBQ.
