This building was a doughnut store in the 1980s (Jack n Jill) and is a donut store today, the most recent incarnation having been opened in January 2017 by the former owner of Kai's Donuts. Previously, this was a small Korean foods store (not much bigger than a small convenience store) called "Dong Yang Food Market", which was also known as Oriental Market. Ownership changed later and it became Oriental Market, officially, but in February 2016, a fire gutted the store, permanently closing it.
