Unremarkable deck girder bridge completed in 1995. The bridge it replaced was built in 1892 and originally stood at 6th Street across the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh. In 1928 the 6th Street Bridge was lifted off its piers, floated by barge downriver, and placed on new piers at this location. A new bridge was built at 6th Street and is known today as the Roberto Clemente Bridge.
