5-story residential building completed in 1910. It is clad in dark-grey painted brick above a similarly painted, rusticated stone ground floor. The entrance is in the 2nd from the west of the facade's four bays, with wood-framed glass double-doors and a large transom in a simple surround. The double-windows on the ground floor have iron grilles.

The upper floors have paired windows in the four bays; like the ground floor, they have white wooden framing. The windows are topped by brick lintels with small keystones. A simple sill course underlines the top floor, and a pair of black iron fire escapes runs down the facade, which is topped by a brick parapet and stone coping with a pair of stepped-down notches filled by metal railings. It also has a white stone ornamental panel at the center where the parapet rises to a small peak topped by a finial.
