130-foot, 15-story modern-style cooperative-apartment building completed in 1954. Designed by Greenberg & Ames, it is clad in red brick, with single, double and triple casement windows. The facade is dotted with external air-conditioning units. The center section on 16th Street is slightly recessed, and has a blue canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. A garage door is located in the middle of the east section. The building steps up in height from east to west, with the eastern section rising from 10 to 12 floors, and the central and western sections reaching the full height of 15 floors. The building was converted to a co-op in 1988, with 119 apartments. The ground floor along 6th Avenue is occupied by Blue Valley deli and grocery, and Think Coffee.
