The residence of cotton magnate Charles "Boe" Adams, with its magnificent ponds, sculptures, and gardens, is the largest single-family residence in the Leachville area and employs many of the town's residents. For several years, the estate hosted an annual holiday light show, which brought many visitors. Proceeds were donated to local charities. The light show was recently moved to the former Eaker Air Force Base in Blytheville.
