Unincorporated Tipton County, Tennessee, community on the western bank of the Mississippi River. Massive earthquakes in 1811/1812 changed the course of the Mississippi River in this region, leaving some communities like this one on the opposite side of the river. Children residing in this community attend Arkansas schools, which are reimbursed by the State of Tennessee.
