Corona is an unincorporated Tipton County, Tennessee, community on the west bank of the Mississippi River. Large earthquakes in 1811 and 1812 changed the course of the Mississippi River leaving several communities like this one on the opposite side of the river. The State of Tennessee pays Arkansas schools for the expense of educating children residing in this community.
