bridge, road bridge
The Donald Lobaugh Bridge carries PA State Route 356 over the Allegheny River. The high-level bridge is named for a local World War II hero who was killed in action. The current bridge was built in the mid-1960's to replace an older bridge to the northeast. The current bridge is scheduled for reconstruction in 2010-2012. Also known locally as the "Freeport Bridge".
