Sinca village belongs.

The first documentary attestation dates from 1527. Do not know more about the foundation of the village and no excavations were made. Elders know only that on the village were brought several families of German city of Stuttgart, Germany, accompanied by Baron Bruckenthal himself to work in stone exploitation of the Persian mountains, stone well known and sought after in the same period.

There is a puzzle that historians could not explain it exactly. Who took the first name of "Persian?" Surrounding mountains or the village? Historians claim that the name "Persian" comes from the name "Pareschi", phrase meaning "hidden place".
