Origin of village name in connection with the origin of the name of the village, "I see", there are two opinions we present, below.
The oldest mention I see on dating from the fifteenth century.
In some works, the river is called River Sercaia Sinca, but the local population does not use this name. A concrete bridge, the paved road linking the village Vad Vad Grove, was inaugurated in 1996, to facilitate the transition between the two parts of the village. It replaced another bridge a little old wood, which was built in 1955 and became, in recent years, uncertain.
Ford is 5 km south of the village Sercaia, the National Road DN73 and about 18 km, the road, the city of Fagaras.
