4-story commercial building completed in 1912 (a matching house next door at No. 112 was demolished in 2023). They were 3-story houses with raised basement and stoops leading up to parlor-floor entrances, but were commercially modified sometime in the early 1900s. The facade is clad in brownstone. The ground floor has a projecting metal, wood, and glass storefront, and the 2nd floor has been modified with a projecting studio window of 4-over-2 panes, capped by a metal cornice. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with projecting brownstone sills, and the 3rd floor also has matching lintels. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels.

The ground floor is occupied by Lasting Art artificial flowers.
