4-story office building completed in 1893 as a stable. It was later converted to a garage, and more recently the upper floors were converted to offices. The facade is clad in orange brick above a concrete ground floor. There are two garage doors (both outlined with red paint) with glass panes at the middle of the metal roll-down gates, and at the west end is a glass-and-metal door below a small, black canvas awning. The upper floors have six bays of single-windows with flat brown stone sills and lintel, grouped into a trio on each side. A black metal fire escape runs down the eastern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a pair of black metal roof cornices above brick corbelling, divided in the middle by a brick parapet with a pattern of gridded brickwork.
