5-story residential building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a townhouse. It has been extensively altered since and now serves as condominiums. The first two floors are faced in white pre-cast stone, scored to resemble rustications. The ground floor has a storefront on the left and an entrance beneath a curved metal awning on the right. The 2nd floor has three windows with metal flower boxes at the sills.

The 3rd-4th floors were most recently altered in 2012. They both have floor-to-ceiling window grids of 3x7 panes spanning virtually the whole facade. Above the 4th floor is a terrace with a black metal railing. The recessed 5th floor is topped by a black roof cornice with brackets and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Casaglow Medspa.
