5-story residential building completed in 1874. It is clad in red-painted brick above a black iron ground floor with two glass-and-metal storefronts and two separate entrances, both with glass doors. The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with cream-colored, footed stone sills and curved lintels. There is a bay of small openings between the 2nd & 3rd window bays from the west, but these are now filled in with white stucco. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the facade, which is crowned by a pair of matching, light-grey-brown metal roof cornices with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The west elevation is faced in plain concrete. The ground floor is occupied by Lomto Generation Brokerage, and Bondy Piano.
