5-story residential building completed in 1873. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of orange brick and (around the entrance at the east bay) white stucco. The black wood-and-glass door is up a small set of steps, flanked by two small wall lanterns. To the left are two windows with brick sills.

The upper floors have four bays of windows with flat, white stone sills. A white metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is capped by a stone coping.
