5-story residential building completed in 1873. It is clad in red brick above black cast-iron and glass storefronts. The recessed glass door and transom are framed by square, fluted pilasters with Corinthian capitals. The are flanked by glass doors to the two storefronts (also recessed and with transoms), which have plate-glass show-windows framed by slender black cast-iron colonnettes with small Corinthian capitals. The ground floor is topped by a black cornice, projecting out over the storefronts at the ends, with brackets, dentils, and panels.

The upper floors have four bays of windows with footed black stone sills and lintels with arched cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Nams Nail Spa, and West Vibe salon & spa.
