This is a two-loop, four-quadrant parclo interchange between Tysons Corner and Falls Church, Virginia. One missing loop is replaced by a semi-directional ramp, while the other by a signalized at-grade left turn on VA-7. There is an additional ramp from the eastbound 66 entry ramp that goes to the West Falls Church Metro Station and VT/UVA Center. The entrance ramp to eastbound I-66 is metered. The interchange was constructed around 1982 along with Interstate 66 and has not been significantly modified since.
