Built around 1820 as a canal-side works and warehouse. It was a 2 storey rectangular red brick block with central yard. By the time of the 1890 Ordnance Survey, it was known as the Kingston Buildings, backing on to Kingston Row. It has since been renovated into a conferencing facility and renamed Austin Court. It is Grade II listed.
