7-story office building completed in 1908. Designed by Charles E. Birge as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in dark grey-brown brick. The ground floor has a modernized storefront and entrance, with glass doors. The upper floors, set off from the ground floor by a stone cornice with brick modillions, each have six square-headed windows, with brickwork framing. A black iron fire escape runs down the eastern two windows, and the facade is topped by a roof parapet with stone coping and some simple cast-stone ornament. The ground floor is occupied by Vape NY Midtown, and Culture Espresso.
