A global demand for potash has created a major industry in Southern New Brunswick. The dry bulk cargo is delivered from as far away as Saskatchewan by rail. At a rate of 2,700 tonnes-per-hour, the potash is loaded from warehouses on conveyor systems to the loading dock which is served by a quadrant loader. Bulk rock salt is also handled at this terminal.
