312-foot, 33-story postmodern residential building completed in 2007. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it contains 94 residential units, designated for senior housing. The building is clad in red brick, four bays wide. The end bays on the south facade have triple-windows, while the inner bays have double-windows, each with black metal vents cut below them.

There are large setbacks on the south side above the 9th and 24th floors; the inner bays have no windows above the 24th floor (except for two small, square windows on the 33rd floor), and the outer bays have another setback above the 28th floor. The middle section extends up past the main roof line to a mechanical housing on the south half of the roof.

The north facade also has triple-windows in the end bays and double-windows in the middle bays, and extends vertically from base to roof line with no setbacks. The two side elevations are windowless, and exposed concrete floor plates runs across all four facades. The tall ground floor has a deeply recessed entrance at its east side, and a commercial space to the left, with white-painted piers. It is occupied by Royal 35 restaurant.
