5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1926. It is clad in variegated red brick, with a stone string course below the 2nd floor. The facade is nine bays wide, with the main entrance in the 3rd bay from the north. It has a glass door in a brownstone surround with fluted pilasters and an entablature with the number 22. There is a secondary entrance at the south end, and the rest of the bays have windows with rounded brownstone lintels. Iron fencing enclosed small landscaping beds in front of the ground floor.

The upper floors have six bays of double-windows with simple stone sills. A brick parapet with a stone coping marks the roof line. The building was converted to a co-op in 1987, with 29 apartments.
