4-story residential building completed in 1900 as a tenement. It is faced in brown-painted smooth-stucco. Most of the ground floor is lined with storefronts, with a projecting section at the middle, and a black-painted brick section near the west end, where the main entrance is. It has a glass door and sidelights atop a single stone step, in a steel surround.

The upper floors on the north facade have six bays of single-windows at the west half, and two set of paired single-windows at the east half, with two brown metal fire escapes. The upper floors on the east facade have four bays of single-windows, and another fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by La Citta Pizzeria, a psychic readers, and Holly's Candy.
