4-story residential building completed in 1839 as a single-family house for Caleb Bartlett. A 1872 alteration permit indicates that the building had been utilized as a dwelling with a ground floor store and would later become a 3-family dwelling with a new storefront. It is clad in orange brick, with a residential entrance to the right of the storefront. The facade is similar to those belonging to nos. 92-96, with thee bays of windows, except this building has a double window with a shared lintel and sill at the top floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the northern bays, and the facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions and panels. The ground floor was formerly occupied by Bar None.
