A trio of 4-story Italianate residential buildings completed together in the 1840s, with ground-floor storefronts. They are all clad in brick, painted grey Nos. 92 & 96, and white at No. 94 in the middle. The residential entrance at each building is to the north of its storefront. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone sills and lintels. There are also metal cornices above the lintels, except for at the 2nd floor on No. 96, and at the north bay on the 2nd floor at No. 94. A black metal fire escape runs down the northern bays of No. 96, and another joins Nos. 92 & 94. The facades are crowned by a continuous metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floors are occupied by YGF Malatang restaurant, Essence Acupuncture, and Mr. Fish.
