5-story residential building completed sometime in the mid-late 1800s. It is clad in red brick. At the ground floor there is a plate-glass show-window in the middle, a commercial entrance on the left, and a residential entrance on the right. The upper floors have a double-window bay on the south end, and two single-windows to the north, with black stone sills and lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is topped by a thin metal cornice that aligns with a matching cornice next door. The ground floor is occupied by Yellow Rose tacos/cocktails.
