St. Pius X High School (SPX) is a Roman Catholic coed secondary school located at 811 West Donovan Street in Houston, Texas. St. Pius, which serves grades 9-12, is administered by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

The school serves as the only coed Catholic high school in the city limits of Houston, and is one of four high schools in the Archdiocese. Named in honor of Pius X, the 257th Pope of the Catholic Church, the Dominican Sisters of Houston established St. Pius X in 1956, and the school was accredited by the state of Texas in 1959.
