This area of Regina, built from 1900 to the mid 1930s is now considered part of the Cathedral area, but unlike the rest of that area it did not go through a period of decline during the 1960s and 70s. The area includes many unique 2 and 3-storey period homes in the British arts and crafts, tudor revival, Queen Anne and cottage styles. It is adjacent to Wascana Centre, one of North America's largest urban parks.
