5-story residential building completed in 1881. Designed by Henry J. Dudley, it was originally clad in brownstone with Neo-Grec detailing, but was stripped of its original detail and refaced with white brick in the mid-20th century. The main entrance has an aluminum-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom, with a storefront to the left, and a wider one to the right. The upper floors have nine bays of single-windows, with two black metal fire escapes covering four of the bays. The roof is covered by a grid of solar panels. The building contains 26 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by The Marker by Cure Thrift, and Makari Japanese Antiques and Fine Art.
