4-story (plus raised basement) Greek-revival/Italianate residential building completed in 1850. It is faced in light-grey smooth-stucco. A stoop on the right leads up to a parlor-floor entrance with paneled wooden double-doors below an arched transom topped by a squared lintel. Matching lintels top the two tall parlor-floor windows to the left (with iron grilles) and the three bays of windows on the upper floors. These windows are all narrow double-windows in aluminum framing. Those on the 2nd & 3rd floors have horizontal panes on top (shorter at the 3rd floor) and there are horizontal panes above and below the double-window at the parlor floor). The basement level next to the stoop is set behind an iron fence, gate, and shrubbery. The facade is crowned by a stone roof cornice surmounted by a metal railing. The building has been converted to condominiums, with five units.
