152-foot, 17-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1963. Designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates, it is clad in white brick with light-blue brick piers above a ground floor of black and light-grey granite. The central entrance has sliding glass doors below a metal canopy extending out over the sidewalk. There are storefronts on either side.

The upper floors have three wide middle bays of two double-windows joined by a larger square pane. Toward the sides are two bays of triple-windows, the end bays narrower. A metal air-conditioning vent is placed below each bay. The south and north facades are also white brick, and both have four bays of single-windows near the middle.

The building was incorporated as a condop in 1987, with 155 units. The ground floor is occupied by Labcorp, The Dermatology Specialists, and Taste Wine Co.
