118-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2024. Designed by BKSK Architects, it is clad in weathered grey brick, bronze-hued metal panels, and glass. The ground floor also has a darker grey granite water table, and except for the east end, also has dark wooden paneling. The main entrance is at the center, with a large mahogany door with a vertical glass pane, between two wide sidelights, all below a narrow transom. To the west is a service door and a garage door, and to the east are two plate-glass windows, the first one larger, both of them fronted by black metal planter boxes.
The upper floors have a center bay with five metal-framed windows, two of which open onto the shallow metal railings that span this bay beginning at the 3rd floor. There are also metal spandrel panels between floors in this bay. To either side is a double-window bay with unequal pane widths, and wider tripartite window end bays, all with thin, black metal mullions. There is a vertical column of bronze panels at the west edge of the east end bay, and a wider column of bronze panels running up the east edge of the facade, interrupted by the brick between each floor. Above the 8th floor begin a series of stepped setbacks leading to the west and rising up to the roof parapet and mechanical bulkhead. There is also a recessed area at the west end at the 9th-10th floors, with the small front of the 11th floor overhanging it. The setbacks create landscaped terraces lined with metal railings. The building contains 32 condominium units.
