5-story townhouse originally completed in 1846, and since heavily remodeled. It was adapted for commercial use in 1914. Later in the 20th century it housed Keith Skeel Antiques, until they moved out in 2007, and the building was renovated back to residential. It is clad in brick, with metal paneling at the 2nd floor, all painted black in 2016, when the lower floors were altered. The lower two floors have casement windows divided into narrow sections by black metal mullions. Along the south facade there are four wide bays and a smaller east end bay, with a secondary entrance with a black door narrowing one of the bays on the ground floor. On the east facade, the ground floor has two window bays, the south one quite narrow, and an entrance bay at the north with a black door in a white stone surround. The 2nd floor is similar, but the north window bay extends across above the entrance. The upper floors have three bays of smaller windows, shorter at each floor, with black metal lintels. The facade is topped by a modillioned black metal roof cornice surmounted by a metal railing.

On the south elevation, only the east half of the building rises the full five floors, with four bays of windows on the upper floors. To the west it drops down to three floors, with one more window, and then down the two floors at the west end.
