7-story postmodern office building completed in 1984. It is clad in dark-red brick above a rusticated limestone ground floor. There are two storefronts with glass doors and plate-glass windows, the southern one wider. In between is the main entrance, in a recessed bay behind a black metal gate, with metal-and-glass doors.

The upper floors have three bays, each with three single-windows; the piers framing the bays have some decorative brickwork paneling. The windows have simple stone sills, with metal air-conditioning vents below the middle window in each bay. The 5th- and 7th-floor windows are round-arched, and the 6th-floor windows are taller, extending up close to the sills of the 7th floor. The roof line is marked by a simple metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by SN2 Nails & Lashes, and a 7-Eleven convenience store.
