120-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by GRADE Architecture, it is clad in bronze panels and white pre-cast stone. The beveled stone frame above the ground floor arranged the facade into two sections: the wider eastern one contains four slightly-recessed window panes alternating with three narrower panes across each floor, with metal spandrels and angled metal elements between panes. The west section has two regular-sized windows separated by a vertical band of ribbed metal. Thin horizontal stone elements group the floors into pairs.

The ground floor is fully clad in bronze-colored panels, with a large garage door on the right, and two entrances on the left, both with glass doors, the eastern one more recessed. Both are below a bronze-colored canopy. The main facade area ends at the 9th floor, with a setback and terrace on the left. The 10th-11th floors on the right have a glass curtain wall, with the 11th floor narrower, and the top floor set farther back.
