5-story residential and gallery building completed in 1930 as The Eagle Warehouse. The ground floor has widely-spaced, fluted cast-iron pilasters separating modern translucent windows with aluminum mullions. A black metal band caps the ground floor. Above, the building is clad in red brick, with piers dividing the facade into five bays of four windows each, except for the center which has thee narrow double-windows. The windows have connected light-grey stone lintels, and are round-arched on the top floor. There is a brick parapet at the roof, stepped up at each pier, with gardens on top. In 2003 the upper floors were converted to condominiums, with 12 units, and the ground floor is occupied by Pace Prints, Pace art gallery, and Harper's gallery.
