3-story mixed-use building originally completed sometime in the mid-late 1800s. It is clad in pale red brick above a tall renovated ground floor of black metal and glass. The storefront features a sawtooth window section in the middle, with a a glass door at each end. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, shorter on the top floor, with flat brown stone sills and lintels. The sheet metal roof cornice has a peaked design at the center-bottom. The ground floor is occupied by Turkish Kitchen.
