3-story commercial building completed in 1908. It is clad in beige brick, painted black at the ground floor, where the brick frames a large grid of wood-framed, square window panes. The upper floors have two bays of double-windows separated by black metal mullions, with plain stone sills. The facade is crowned by a green copper roof cornice with modillions on the underside. The building is occupied by Turnmill Bar.
