180-foot, 18-story postmodern residential building completed in 1988. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, it is clad in pale red brick, with stone, metal, and glass trim. The 5-story base is organized into five bays, with a stone band across the top floor, and also around the central entrance, which has grey-green metal-and-glass double-doors and sidelights, covered by a rounded, beige canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the right is a double-window bay and a triple-window, both fronted by a rough-faced stone planter box. To the left another planter box is interrupted by a secondary entrance at the first bay, with another triple-window at the west end bay. The other floors at the base have a 4-window bay in the middle, double-windows on either side, and triple-windows in the end bays, with thin stone bands between floors, and metal framing dividing the window panes and the metal louvers incorporated into each one. A stone cornice caps the base, with the middle section stepped up and pierced by four small square windows.

The upper floors are set back, and the window bays similarly organized, except the center bay is less set-back. The air-conditioning vents at the double-window bays are separated below the windows, and the end bays are fronted by projecting balconies with glass railings whose inner edges are angled back toward the facade. The balconies end below the top floor, where the building is crowned by a stone parapet lined with small square windows.

The building contains 71 condominium units.
