214-foot, 21-story modernist residential building completed in 1984. Designed by Philip Birnbaum, it is set far back from the sidewalk behind a small plaza, clad in tan brick. The front facade is organized into five bays; at the ground floor the middle three bays are slightly taller, and the each is an open aperture, with the granite wall of the ground floor recessed behind them. At the center of this wall is the main entrance, with a set of glass doors. There are secondary entrances at each end. A peaked, green canvas canopy extends out from the middle bay over the plaza.

The upper floors have off-set double-windows in the middle bays, with dark-brown metal louvers at their bases, and the end bays have French doors beginning at the 3rd floor, fronted by projecting concrete balconies with dark-brown metal railings. The east elevation is also brick, with one bay of single-windows near the front.

The building contains 52 condominium units.
