9-story modernist residential building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a 5-story townhouse; it was renovated from its later use as a commercial building and expanded into a new condominium building in 2007. Designed by Philippe Stark, it is clad in a glass curtain wall framed around the edges in thin, white, pre-cast stone paneling, and divided into two bays by a black iron mullion down the center.

The ground floor is clad in grey marble. On the left is a glass door and sidelight, next to which is a metal service door. On the right are three windows. The upper floors have tripartite window arrangements in the curtain wall, with shorter lower panes incorporating metal air-conditioning vents in the middle. The east bay has shallow Juliet balconies with glass railings beginning at the 3rd floor.

The building contains 15 condominium units.
