163-foot, 13-story Contemporary Art-Deco mixed office/residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Bricolage Designs, it has a very narrow facade, faced in grey pre-cast concrete and dark-red stone, framing bands of four windows per floor. The entrance is centered, with glass double-doors. Between each floor, geometric grooves in the concrete along with thin, horizontal steel bars accent the facade. The top floor is set back, and there are pairs of windows at the front of the upper floors on the north facade, above the neighboring building.
