386-foot, 35-story modernist residential building completed in 2023. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, it is clad in white and black stone and metal paneling, and glass. The 8-story base has the fenestration on this section is arranged in 3-story groupings framed by white paneling, with dark gray sections spanning the intervening floors. The ground floor is taller than the others, with only the white piers extending down the the ground level, with plate-glass in between. The main entrance is at the north end on Third Avenue.

The south facade spans 12 bays at the base, while the west spans six. There is a terrace with a glass-and-metal railing topping the base, except at the three eastern bays, where the facade continues up for another six floors before setting back. The main tower’s floor-to-ceiling windows separated by alternating horizontal bands of light and dark cladding, and have varying widths. The four eastern bays of the tower are not set back quite as far as the rest, and terminate in a lower roof at the 23rd floor. The rest of the main tower's south facade is divided into three parts, the easternmost with three bays and the other two with two bays, each set back a little farther than the previous section.

The tower's west facade above the base spans two bays at its end, with one bay facing west at both of the other less-set-back sections progressing to the east. There is white paneling across the mostly blank northern elevation, with a window bay at both edges, the eastern one wider. The east elevation is fully white panels at the lower floors, with very narrow returns of the window bays at both edges on the 9th-15th floors. From the 16th to the lower roof at the 23rd floor there are wider outer window bays, and two single-window bays in the middle, with a black center pier, and white outer piers.

The tower culminates in a crown finished with vertical fins. The final level, which houses a portion of the amenities, has an outdoor loggia on the southern corner. The building contains 229 apartment units.
