168-foot, 14-story office building completed in 1924. Designed by Sugarman, Hess & Berger, it is clad in tan brick above a 2-story limestone base. The facade is organized into three main bays, with a narrow end bays at each side. The ground floor has a main entrance at the east end, set in a round-arch, with a green glass-and-metal suspended canopy. The middle bays have storefronts, and a service entrance toward the west end. The 2nd floor has bands of four windows in the main bays, and single-window openings in the end bays - although the western end bay has a recessed balcony space instead of a window at each floor. The base is capped by a stone band course.
The 3rd floor is brick, but has the same window organization as the 2nd. Another stone band course sets off the upper floors, which have three windows in each main bay, with the end bays the same as below. A stone band course, underlined by a course of corbelling, divides the 10th floor from the rest, and the facade sets back above this level - only slightly at the middle bay, but further at the others, with a stone cornice at the setback. The center bay continues up to the 12th floor before setting back. The three windows are set within double-height round-arches, with stone spandrels between the 11th & 12th floors. Angled side walls with one window lead back to the deeper recessed side bays. The top two floors have additional setbacks between the end and center bays, each of which has a single window and are topped by shallow peaked parapets. The ground floor is occupied by Hari Deli, Style N Fashion, Dowry Designs, and Metro Analytical Laboratories.
